ISO 9001 AND 14001
The Management assumes in first person the responsibility of the Quality and Environmental Management for the “DESIGN, MANUFACTURE AND MARKETING OF AGRONUTRIENTS” and, in order to provide services that fully satisfy the needs and expectations of the interested parties with maximum efficiency, sets out the following Policy on which the Quality and Environmental Management System is based.
The Quality and Environmental System established at ATLÁNTICA AGRÍCOLA, S.A. is based on the achievement of three fundamental objectives:
- The full and continuous satisfaction of all the requirements and needs detected or expressed by the interested parties, emphasizing both the quality characteristics of the service itself and the qualitative elements and components that accompany its supply to the customer (customer service, contact and proximity to the customer, internal and external communication, technical advice, etc.).
- Continuous improvement of internal processes and activities in order to minimise the cost of the activity carried out, seeking profitability and efficiency in all areas.
- Sustainability. We are aware that sustainability is key to growth and prosperity, which is why we want to:
- Understand our stakeholders and be able to address their expectations and requirements in terms of equality, employment, safety and security, among others.
- Climate change is one of our concerns and we identify our environmental aspects and their interaction with the environment in order to establish mechanisms to prevent pollution and protect the environment.
- The use of innovation in our products allows us to continue to grow in new markets and to consolidate our position in existing markets with quality products.
In order to achieve these objectives, the following principles have been established:
- The identification of risks and opportunities that need to be addressed and dealt with, respectively, to achieve expected results, increase desirable effects and prevent or reduce undesirable effects and achieve continuous improvement.
- Commitment to compliance with legal, regulatory and other applicable requirements.
- The constant provision of technological and human resources necessary to carry out our activity under productive conditions.
- Adequate training of personnel.
- The continuous improvement of the company’s environmental performance, pollution prevention and environmental protection.
- The strict satisfaction of the requirements specified by the client in the supply of our services.
- The active participation of all personnel, individually and as a team, in the search for continuous improvement of quality and the System on which it is based.
- The management of claims and complaints from interested parties and of quality failures and defects, opportunities to improve our processes in order to increase the quality delivered and reduce the costs of non-quality, all based on the philosophy of error prevention.
This policy and the principles on which it is based are oriented towards the achievement of the OBJECTIVES/INDICATORS established by Management each year.
