It evolves and continues over time to structure its activities around the development and implementation of policies and procedures, the dissemination and training in compliance matters, and the identification, assessment and mitigation of potential compliance risks.
Good Corporate Governance
The Corporate Governance system of Grupo Atlántica, understood as the set of principles and rules that regulate the functioning of the governing bodies of the Company, is included in different corporate documents and establishes the rules that govern the decision-making process of the company for generating business value, favouring credibility, stability, growth and wealth creation.
Grupo Atlántica has a Corporate Governance system designed to take into account its particularities, its own nature and the regulations that, as a manufacturer and a company with commercial activity worldwide are applicable to it, as well as the best practices and recommendations in the matter.

A statement of principles and values
Our Corporate Ethics are set out in a Code of Ethics.
As a formal statement of the principles and values that define the standards of specific behaviour of Grupo Atlántica, the Code includes fundamental principles, operating principles and guidelines or patterns that serve as a guide for the members of this organisation.
Guidelines are offered that clarify the basic principles of all management and interpersonal relations with colleagues, collaborators, bosses, suppliers, clients, shareholders and, in general, any person with a direct or indirect interest in the activity carried out by the company.
